How easy is this type of career change? How much experience people expect when they hire someone as a Oracle-fusion developer?
What type of certification will be beneficial in context of question # 2?

Oracle SOA Architect Certified Expert is going to retire soon. It's good to go for the 2nd one suresh, which covers integration stuff bpel,esb..etc.
